Marcel has been active as a developer, owner, investor and broker in commecial real estate since 1998. Today, Marcel's focus is on site-selection, land acquisitions and investment properties. As a former developer he completed multiple apartment, office and mixed-use projects. This experience and his ongoing real estate ownership give him a unique perspective. In site selections, Marcel understands the entitlement process and how complex approvals can be. Marcel is a native of the Netherlands, enjoys travel, his home in FL, spending time with his kids, boating on Lake MI and works both in FL and MI.

Eric T. Trierweiler is a well known and respected commercial real estate broker with nearly 30 years of experience advising clients. He is active in RE investments, industrial properties, tenant rep., and site selection.   Eric is proud to have many long-term loyal relationships with both local and national clients collaborating on their Midwest real property. Eric joined Prime Development in 1998 as an associate and acquired the firm in 2000 along with business partner, Marcel Burgler. Special Interests and hobbies include spending time with his adult children, hiking national parks, upland hunting, golfing and enjoying time with his wife Becky at their family recreational property in Muskegon County.

Adam was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI and is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. After an internship in site selections with ongoing efforts, he is now primarily focused in this area. In addition to site selections, Adam also focuses on the acquisition and sale of investment properties in both the South West Florida and the Michigan markets. In his spare time, Adam enjoys traveling, backpacking, golfing and skiing.
